Weekly Check Up

Malam tadi we both went for the check up lagi. 

The test that we had last week, was ok. Other than that, my weight remains at 87kg, which is ok la. According to the Doc, its already hard for me to gain more weight at this stage. Urine test everything is ok. 

Baby is also doing good in the tummy. He is now at 3/5 position kepala tu. But not fully engaged yet, so it wont be anytime soon. Well, I got 2 more weeks to my due date anyway... heh. Uri is in good position, the head, heart and everything is doing good. Oh, the heart beat this time is 144. The weight has reduced to 2.6kg. Doc said that once dah beranak, it will be at 3kg the least. 

The doc ajar pulak the pain reliefs.. the injection, the gas and the epidural. As much as I want to go all natural and drug free, it all depends. Hehe. But, Im praying hard that it will. Insyallah. 

Epidural is RM1000 hokaayy! huhu. But its the best la, as the doc said, takde effect baby and I can concerntrate on the whole labour and lagi senang nak kuar. Yaaayaaaiii... Labour can take up to 3 hours jer. Tok nenek citer that it will effect the mommy's back in the future or anything, if CRAP! hehe 

Ohhh... In the morning semlm, I was having contractions. It was mild la nak kiranya. i went to see the doc kat klinic opis... she rasa2 pun that it wont happen anytime soon. It lasted the whole day, until I got home and ZzzzZzZz... ehhe.. 

So, I got MC from the Doc, so I will be on leave till end of the week. Yee Ha! 

I will go check out the new video of the baby and upload if theres anything good ok?

Check up at 29 weeks

Ntah kenapa, semalam mmg both of us bangun sangat lambat. hehe..yeah we missed nasi lemak plan, but it was worth it la, tido kami yg tak cukup tu.

we got ready, and off to makan kat Nipah...terasa nak makan nasi goreng ayam.. tapi dah tutup pulak... so terus la ke clinic for my check up.. to pun miss gak the afternoon session.. :P so, i letak nama for malam punya session... the doc will be in at 9pm jer nanti, so we had alot of time to spend...

Went to Subang Parade sbb nak gi makan and check out the baby car seat kat sana pulak... pergi al -ikhsan 1st coz Amin belikan selipar for me to use in the office.. selipar semata2 nak wudhuk dlm bilik air :P dah la kaler purple, so i like..!

bermakan2 di nandos and straight to mothercare... sayang nya, the baby seat yg kitaorg nak tu, takde kat sana.. they only bawak a few units and jual kat the curve and KLCC outlets jer.. uwaa.. but at least this outlet ada the bath set that I like. Kat Curve tu, ada 1 set jer... and in OU pun ada 1 set pulak jer.

This is a must for me..! I love this Whale set, tapi dah takde... :(( So the Hippo set pun dah comel... I like!

And this box is a must!! 

The whole bath set is RM 199 if im not mistaken and just the bath tub is only RM 80...  I dun really need the whole set la, just the bath tub and the box up there.. cute giler kan? Ahh sgt giler biler gi mothercare.. :P Oh, we need to buy just 2 sets of baju yg sleepsuit tu.. for tido malam.. yg tu jer takde lagi.. 

Since ada byk masa lagi, pegi pulak ke babyjaya to checkout the price for the baby cot + mattress after sale.. Kira happy gak la, harga turun dgn bangganya..! hehe.. So we'll gonna get that after dpt gaji nanti... yeay! 

Kemudian, pegi balik ke Subang for the check up, walaupun agak awal... tp la kena tunggu...! hehe.tapi kira ok la, malam tak ramai sgt org yg dtg.. so best la.. docor pun cam mood baik jer.. hehe.. 

So updates pasal baby... everythings doing good.. physically, everythings in good shape and condition. Alhamdulillah. and he's still a boy! hehe apa apa hal, active sgt in the tummy.. can see he moving all the time.. we even wat the 3D scan.. oleh sbb tak byk sgt air, so tak baper clear.. pastu, still trying nak wat gak, pastu he went and cover his face with his hands.. nak suprise suspens kot? 

Dr mentioned that he has chubby cheeks and hidung mancung.. huhu.. pls let that be true! hehe Amin! Oh, we also dpt dgr the baby's heart beat.. it was 141 hearbeat per minute.. thats in the normal range. normal range kalau tak silap la is 105 - 170 isshh per minute.. so anything in between that is normal... 

As for me.. i just gained 0.5kg from my last visit in January... mak aih.. skit jer kan? maybe because i walk alot ker? yea, I admit i dun eat so much, takde apa yg menarik.. kena stay kat umah my mom kot baru makin tak ingat punya? Heh! this time I also did the urine test to check a few stuff... My sugar levels, water in the womb, blood pressure sume normal. so Alhamdulillah. 

We asked her a few stuff bout breast pump... she said it better to get one before delivery so can stimulate the milk, tak nak nanti i get all frustrated kan.. and theres a massage which i have to do at 38weeks... that is part it into 2.. and massage the bawah part and then the upper part... so Insyallah, I will not rasa kembang nanti or keras later.. coz dah massage awal2..  

At 38 weeks gak, she will give me a letter to hantar to my office and let me start maternity leave by then.. that is 2 weeks before my due date... and also a letter for me to register to the hospital time nak delivery pulak.. and later, nak delivery she will tell wat to do..! 

Now that I am in my 3rd trimester, and the baby pun dah matured, i will be seeing her more often.. my next appoinment will be in 2 weeks time, means twice a month la. :) 

Gosh, i really like her.. sgt suka nak advise.. :)

My 2nd Hari Wilayah

So, today is another long weekend for me.. yipee! Yg sgt dinanti nantikan... :)

I slept at around 5am last nite, yea yea I know I shudnt but I cant help it. I was glued to this lappy! The reason was, I made a price list of different shops/online stores yg dah di survey2 selama nih... :) That is Mothercare, Lil Caliph, BBStore and Babyjaya. Hm, difference not much really, but.. Lil Caliph has Avent Bottle yg BPA free unlike the rest.. even Mothercare pun tak sampai lagi..! Hm.. A lil bit more expensive than the non BPA free bottles..

We have agreed, well so far (yes, we always change our minds).. to use Avent bottles.. lebih dipercayai la. And I dont intend to buy alot. :) I also like bottle from MAM coz their range byk BPA free and anti colic.. hmm goodie eh? I also like this one cos of the shape of the bottle and teat.. cam best jer! Its from TOMMEE TIPPEE yang also Anti-Colic... eheh I will get ONE la! hhehe.. 

And then Avent has like the full range of breastpump, bottles and milk containers yg can pakai at one GO! Even the containers ok, they will provide us with the adapter thing.. so no need la changing2 bottles and wat not..! Isnt that cool?! Vaahh vahh.. I like... 

Anyways, since we will be starting to buy stuff next month, Insyallah... harap budget tak larik lagi.. hehe.. I thot of going thru the list and wat survey of most kedai there are in PJ area... cam, lepas ni senang.. dah tau apa nak beli kat mana, harga and zoom zoom pergi and terus BELI...! Kan senang? :) So malam tadi tu la, I finished the list of ONE chapter - FEEDING! Bottles, breatpump, breastfeeding pillow, nursing pad and yada yada... oohh, nursing bra blum lagi, but I will get it kat Mothercare la kan rasanya..  so that part is done. 

Sambil2 wat list... we both decided that Amin will be in charge of surveying the price and yada yada for the stroller and car seat.. I think he can do this better than me! hehe..and it will be something that he will enjoy la kan... Well, THANK GOD that we dont have so much arguments (haha) in deciding stuff for the baby! We both respects each other's opinions and have the tolerance to understand. Yeay!

So, dah tido pukul 5am.. I woke up at 12pm. Got ready for Amin to pick me up and go lunch together.. makan kat Nipah jer.. hehe.. Tapi sodap! Right after that, I sent him to his office.. and later.. I dragggggggggggggggged myself to SJMC to do my Thyroid blood test..! menda tu jer kejap jer... tapi, you know la the whole process..! I got to go to 7th Floor, register, to my Dr's clinic.. get the form and to 5th Floor to cucuk! hehe Then to G Floor to settle my bill...

Ohh, I askd at the receptionist if I can pay for the bloodtest bill together with my follow up review with the Dr on Saturday.. she said can, but need to inform my nurse for her to wat some note... then I told the nurse pulak.. she told me to do that at the receptionist counter.. arrkk! halamak, last2 result dia is, I cant coz i self pay! cesh! Ding dong! MALAS to kecoh coz kang darah tak kuar pulak.. so apa apa jer la.. bayar pun bayar la..

Amik darah cam biasa la..daripada umur setahun sampai dah umur 28 nih sama... takkan yg tu pun nak amik gambar and letak kat blog kot kan? ishh, sama jer camna anda amik darah gak..

So, then dah abis blood test I went to 4th Floor first before gi bayar, nak tanya pasal dorang nya antenatal classes... 4th Floor is floor utk OB/GYNAE.. so, i didnt know where to go and I asked la the receptionist...and she went so bloodddyy blurrr... kalah org yg baru wat blood test ni kan..

"Antenatal?"

"Yes, antenatal classes that SJMC offer. I would like to know more bout it.."

"Antenatal?" Lagi blur time ni...

"Yes" *you dunno meh? you work here lehh.. on this floor leeehh? U asking me backkk ah?*

"Antenatal... (ala ala cam dah masuk otak but tak lagi sebenarnya), jap ehhh"

*shishokshishokk receptionist yg baru belajar perkataan baru ni tanya pulak kat worker counter pembayaran pulak*

"Ohhh, its actually on G Floor, yg library cermin tu.. Jumpa Ms Sasha ya?" Jawapan oleh akak cashier tu.. ahha.. senang jer panggil dia akak cashier kan..

"Ok, thank you" Dgn penuh ikhlas... sbb dpt jawapan...

Saya pun terus ke lift and tekan la G... pegi ATM dulu.. hehe.. blum sempat nak cucuk duit, darah dah cucuk dulu.. pastu gi wat pembayaran... dah settle, pegi la jumpa Ms Sasha... friendly lady... jadi saya dapat la tau skang info pasal antenatal di SJMC.. more bout it in my next entry la ya.. rasa lega, sbb satu persatu kerja and hal2 penting dah tau!

Lalu the happy me, melangkah keluar ke hospital, dan berjalan ke parking lot ngan matahari yg panas terik! nyesal lak tak beli payung kat Watsons semlm.... hehe.. kacamata hitamku tertinggal kat keta laks! ceshh!

Call En Amin, bgtau dia dah settle... minta kebenaran utk pegi jumpa Walla kat kedai... dia kata ok, siap suh kim salam.. hmm lain macam..

So lepaked with Walla... dah lama gile tak jumpa dia... since dah cuti pun, and bukannya ada menda nak wat... coz, done at the hospital around 430pm and kena tunggu Amin balik keja pulak...

So I had fun, rasa cam kejap jer la pulak... Kak Long pun ada.. dia la byk wat lawak rasanya.. asked her alot of questions la.. byk la tips2 yg diberikan :) Cam biasa gak la, duk kedai tu, tgk Walla potong kain (Pat and my fave thing) sambil catching up with each others stories..

Around 630pm, pi antar baju kat nyonya.. wahh dia cuti byk lama, jadi baju kena gak antar arini kalau tak, takde baju la kami berdua... hehe.. pls, im no malas.. ada gak kadang2 tapi i just prefer our baju dibasuh and di gosok di dobi sbb, ntah la naper ngan iron kat umah nih.. dah 3-4 baju saya lubang kan! hehe.. so, I tak berani.. nanti amin jadi singa lagi... I want to get the iron cam Tokbah punya dulu la... best! tak pernah pulak lobang baju nya... umur 9 tahun ker 17tahun tiap2 ari i gosok baju, menten jer... tak pernah pun berlubang.. dan dan pulak, dah 20an ni, I lobang kan.. I tak paahhhamm.. ! Fobia gak baju rosak masuk mesin nih... basuh pakai tangan? wahhh.. suka sebenarnya, tapi tempat & keadaan tidak mengizinkan..

Pi amik Amin pulak, menuju ke the curve... sbbnya? nak pegi kedai Anakku! nak usha la baju2 yg boleh dibeli and muslin squares dia lagi.. apparently Anakku dah improved, cuma masalahnya suka letak logo besar2.. hmm.. kan tgh spy2 harga kan.. so Amin pun setuju...

Sebelum sampai ke Anakku, kitaorg singgah dulu ke kedai fave di situ... hehe.. The First Few Years ke apa nama.. usha stroller lagi... sbb i cam dah pasrah jer la, tak beli skate sbb mahal nauzubillah.. so, kira2 nak beli la yg murah skit... ikut kemampuan kan? sekali jeng jeng... dorang ada promotion! HARGA DIA TURUN RM1K... makk aihh!!! terkezuttt! so, amacam skang? hahah.. terasa dah mampu skit la.. coz, to me its worth it! ada segalanya kat dlm 1 stroller ok! What else do u want? and I love Peg Perego!

Last nite, we usha2 Quinny ingatkan lagi murah... cam pasrah kan.. Quinny yg ku benci itu pun i rela beli sbb the next best thing la kira.. but, when we kira2.. its not worth at all! its a crappy stroller! *sorry kepada sapa yg dah beli* and lagi mahal, its so basic and dah nak dkt RM3K... hmm forgett it!

So, I have ckp ngan Amin.. no need buy Peg Perrego's Infant car seat... for that cost us RM2K! and we can only use it till the baby is 1 year... pastu dah kena beli baby car seat baru... not worth it rite? might as well, get a good one, and cheaper, that can be used from infant to 4 years old... kalau harga sama pun, worth every sen! kan?

dgn hati yg happy, jalan pulak ke Anakku... yeaaiishh! the quality is so bad that I takut tul nak pakai Anakku.. I was thinking maybe I can buy baju there yg utk buat basan (pakai hari2 in the house) je kan? pakai kat umah.. no need pakai yg mahal2 kind.. Gosh I was wrong! the material of the baju is soooo kasar, even I will not wear.. and the jahitan is so kasar too.. and wont be selesa for baby! You know the type, yg jahit tepi dia sgt irritating to our body? aish aish! and A baju cost around RM12.50. Kalau RM5 satu pun tak tentu I nak... Then we went to see the muslin squares... and guess wat, It is so kasar... cam kain tetas pun ada..! nuthing like our old days! Oh man, then the next thing i wanted to see was the changing mat, yg cam bubbles pink/blue kind.. it was so useful when my experience with my cousins dulu... I felt like crying..! the quality isss so bad! u can bau lagi bau plastic dia sgt kuat.. I dun trust using it... talking bout supporting malaysian product kan? I mean, I am not hentaming Anakku, or anything.. but, I just pity to those yg level hidup bawah sederhana.. and Anakku is where they turn to... all the money they have collected and earned are for these crappy stuff, which dorang dah patut improve after all these years..! Oh man!

We then pegi to Mothercare coz Amin nak show how wrong I was to thinking of buying kan.. mothercare is actually cheaper! and just around the same price! the quality is sooo soo much better...! Like the 7pc bodysuits is around RM72.. so, its RM10++ per pc..! Aiyayai! Mahal skit jer la, RM100plus for full body suit for 3-4 pcs.. but, its all good.

Gosh... wat more can I say?

All in all... I had a good day! hehe.. byk menda dah settle at this point.. :)

Dont you just love babyGAP? hehe...

I had another check up today with the gynae... It was supposed to be yesterday, but I changed it la today. Saturday, alot easier as Amin can come along. Sekali, when i reached there around 11am, the nurse at the clinic's front desk asked me..

"takde buat appointment ya? walk in ya?"

I told her nope. I've already called to change.

"Lain kali kena call dulu. Skang u punya file takde dekat kita. Kena tunggu la..."

Me: "Tak dgr ker? SAYA DAH CALL" sambil muka yg sgt meluat ngan pompuan sorang tu... pekak kot dia?

Seriously, I cant stand the nurses there at the hospital, sungguh la berlagak bagus... not my fault the file takde kan... one of u at the hospital, clearly tak wat kerja kan. cesh...

And mmg serious lama tunggu to get the freaking file. Luckily Amin just stood up and asked her. hehe.. padan muka kau... I just smiled from my seat... Ngan jantan boleh pulak ckp bebaik eh kau?! Takpe, I wont be seeing her often, nak tukar pergi jumpa my gynae at her own clinic. Yipee!

Dr said, everything is alrite.. in position and everything's doing well. Masa tgh tgk dia, the baby was playing with his hands... mcm mencakar2 langit.. hehe.. so cute! He's actively moving in the tummy... :)

oh yes, ladies and gentleman... dr showed us his lil thing..hehhe.. so cute.. my little one, is A BOY!

Blood Type

Blood test twice a year, for 27 years of my life and only yesterday that I found out my blood type... hahah...

how can that be kan?

I had my monthly check up with my physician yesterday. But sadly my thyroid level dropped. The last time was alot better. But, it could also be the reason that Im sharing it with the lil one.. so, I have to increase the dosage. Aish. Nevermind. The doc said that not to worry, just the the medicine, and all will be fine.

Anyhow, she's happy with my body is now. She said, I am alot better than before... as in like the tempreture of my body is warm like how it shud be, my pulse and everything else... improved alot. So, that's a good sign...

She also mentioned that, for a hypothyroid... agak susah for me to get pregnant.. takde kena mengena ngan gene ok... tak kisah la kalau husband gagah perkasa pun, gene dia boleh kalah kan org anak 12org.. but my thyroid level needs to be PERFECT.. baru la boleh pregnant... Thats also wat the gynae told me... apa apa pun, the physician said, just keep up with my health condition skang. Insyallah, nak anak berderet pun boleh... :) Insyallah.

What's important... she said that she's not worried now about the baby... since my body suma dah ok... so yeay!

Sambil menyelam minum air, I went thru my blood test and urine test result that I wat late last month with my physician... so, yeah... she said everythings doing great... nuthing to worry about.. suma ok... yg paling i risau, that is rubella pun NEGATIVE... so fuishh.. Alhamdulillah. Lega.

Im looking forward to meet up my cousin yg doctor2 tu.. Ady or Kak Ju, mana2 la dulu.. and I need to sit down with them and explain to me all about the test result.. Walaupun, my gynae will explain when I see her end of tis month. just tak sabar..!!

lain citer pulak, nak tanya the gynae if I could do check up at her clinic pasnih, than kat hospital...She has her own clinic kat Subang tu gak... so I could save alot more... hehe.. since Im paying the bills on my own (tho my parents adalah offer to help financialy, but bukan la ego, kalau I still can manage I on my own will not ask from them) hehe.. but, seeing 2 doctors every month is so so mengeringkan balance di bank.. hehe.. im not complaining here.. but, I need to think of ways for me to save up biler bersalin pulak... which I hope I will be able to simpan la, in 5 months time...

But, rezeki tak kemana kan? Insyallah.. I can make it. Its important for me to give the best 4 the baby and make sure that everything goes well. At least I did the best that I could.

The downside is that, now both doctors are in SJMC, so both of them can refer to my file and update masing2 with my progress.. you know.. lebih terjaga kalau camtu.. let the file, notes between my two docs do the talking kan? Kalau I dah pindah ke clinic tu, my physician wont be able to know my progress with my gynae.. aishh.. how leh? Will ask her pendapat as well on this la nanti...

Berbalik kepada topic... my blood type is AB+ and the good thing bout it is im universal recipient.. hehe Goodie! But it is rather rare... hm.. hubs lagi la rare, he is [Group B Rhesus Negative] whatever that means la.. haha.. but, one time he donated blood, and the Pusat Darah Neegara gave him a card and a letter saying that his type is VERY rare and menjemput wat to donate blood lagi.. and on his card it says..

Important:-
If this person requires blood transfusion he/she should be given ONLY RHESUS NEGATIVE blood

:P so oleh itu, I was decision to put the card in his wallet.. dari letak kat umah nak watper kan? coz, langkah berjaga2 la.. kalau emergency, takde la terkepoh2...

anyways, have you heard of the Japanese blood type theory of personality...?

Well, I find it so true! Well, at least for me.. hehee

Baby updates

I just got a call from my mom...Dr Delaila's clinic just called her to inform on my blood & urine test that I took masa our last oppointment... that was on the 28/11/08

The test was to check :-

1) The risk of Down Syndrome.
2) Syphilis, Rubella, HIV and seangkatan dgn nya

the result is negative.

At this point, Im thankful. :D Happy.

MC Day

I just could not wait any longer... Amin wanted to teman me, but I kena tunggu till Wednesday... I cant wait... I realy haf to go see the doc as soon as i can..

I decided to make the appoinment to see my physician today. Well, we all know she is so garang and all... but, realy she's a nice lady...the type who tells you the truth... and yeah made me sedar how important it is for me to makan my ubat everyday. heheh...

I've been missing my check up with her... I think I skip terus last year... which sememangnya I patut go check up once a year and do blood test twice a year.

Everytime I met my mum, she always ask if I pegi tak, dia pulak kena remind me to go... I'll always try to distract her with other things... topic yg dah tau salah, tapi masih degil kan.

So since la the time I decided to go, sampai la ke SJMC... I was realy nervous... thinking of things she might say or.. ermm.. nevermind.. I know she wont 'marah' la.. but, I just dont like the feeling... heheh..

but Alhamdulillah... she was nice.. I had to do a blood test. I got to call her back in a few days to get the results. :) Mulai sekarang saya akan makan ubat tiap2 ari.. :)

Got my MC and called up Patty to let her know. Talking to her while I was lining up to get 1901. uish, dah lama tak makan...

Then, nasib mmg baik... walaupun tak baper nak baik... hheheh.. I got a parking yg mmg betul2 dekat ngan jambatan to the hospital tu. Paid my parking tix that only costs me RM 2.50 for 2.5 hours... so not bad rite?

Dah abis pulak bayar tu, tingkap kereta rosak and I cant naik kan dia... damn.. I tried so many times... dah la jugak my petrol dah nak abis... biasa la, call en Amin and he told me to go to Proton Edar..

Byk la pulak kerja2 yg I haf to wat to do.. like pick up baju at Auntie Laundry, Pay my parking rental, pay bill air and lots more... aishh

Tuang minyak dulu at Shell Sunway... and ntah apa kalut ngan CC, I need to pay in cash.. issh!!

So I sent my baju and pick gak @ ss2... kena pulak RM60.. dry clean apa macam suma pun ada...

Then terus ke hmm taman mayang I think... and get my window fixed. Something wrong with the suis.. ntah apa... and they charged me RM60 for that...

"Alaaa Uncle, discount la" sambil memberi senyuman manis..

"Ok ok... RM40 I kasi you"

Wowww.. thats alot! dengan cuma satu jer permintaan.. so, dun want to be a bitch and its my 1st time there... heheh.. settled jer ngan RM40 tu...

Happy2 and then singgah bank la pulak.. duit dah berkurangan kan.. heheh

Sampai apt, and paid RM360 for the rental... thats for 3 months... mahal I know.. I just cant wait till I get a LANDED house... so nak letak baper banyak keta sampai tak muat pun... free jer! And see if I get kids, mereka lebih bebas bermain... harap kan pak guard pun tak guna...

Lepak saja di rumah.. and then jadi tukang cari menda for my beloved husband... yes, he agak2 kecoh ari nih... cari macam2 dlm bilik office yg dah tunggang langgang tu... aish.. mmg sesak..

Then around 645pm, he sampai... picked me up to IKEA... teringin dia nak buka puasa 6 dia kat sana... (its his 2nd day).. I had the oily chicken wings.. hekk..

So mmg sgt penat today... I need my beauty sleep.. but, I dun think I can sleep. hehe..
