Finally... #2

Today, we all woke up pretty early.. yeap Amin now wakes up earlier than before..  hehe.. rasanya dah terbiasa waking up early everyday to work, earlier than EVER!

 

Amin decided that today we go buy more things for the baby... hm, I on jer! heheh.. I suka! suka nak jalan2! He also needed to potong rambut, it was already panjang and hmm.. asik tangguh2 je kan... tapi ari ni he made sure that he do it! Goodie, looking much better now! I just like it when he's all smart and neat looking. Sejuk hati kan? :) 

Boleh pulak time tu hujan, so we straight pegi ke OU. Parking as usual la susah sgt nak mencari. Got an illegal one, coz, dah terlampau ramai orang... As long as the parking tak susahkan org, ok jer.. kan? :P Alasan...

Oh, before we left the house.. we made a list of things to buy today... if poss..

 

1) Belly support - The most important thingy now.. 

2) Nursing Bra x 2

3) Breast pad

4) Tommee Tippee - BPA free and Anti Colic with Valve - 2 of the 260ml and 1 of the 150ml 

5) Changing Mat -  the Blue/Pink rubber kind from Pureen i think- Its nice to have the hippo type from Mothercare also! hehe 

6) Bottle brush - Tommee Tippee

7) Nipple Cream : Earth Mama Angel Baby or Medela Purelan

8) CAR SEAT! 

As soon as we arrived, we had King Pie for Brunch..and to alas perut, coz my cousin Kak Nany going to make Mee Bandung for me... ! Wee! yes, I love her Mee bandung the best! Also to visit my auntie and uncle.. as Ive not been seeing for MOONNNTTHHSS! the pie was good, me likey! lebih makan the pastry than the inti.. :) 

Straight to Mom's Care on the new wing section... tgk2 kalau ada jual the bottles or anything from the list... tapi takde yg apa we are looking for... then straight to the shop Bebehaus to go see the car seat... The car seat that we want ada available in 2 shops in KL ni jer - Bebehaus and Mothercare... but Mothercare bring in limited quantity and colour.. sabar la, biru and merah je boleh okeeh?

Heheh sian Amin, mmg dah tak sabar, as car seat mmg bahagian dia utk decide and cari the one thats good..  Luckily for us, the discount of 10% was still available.. Yee Pee! We didnt get the Chilli Colour that we like coz thats the 2009 punya colour.. we got to add a few hundreds for it kalau nak... everything else is the same.. ONLY colour.. hm, tak payah... colour is just colour.. nak kejar trend/up to date ngan colour jer... baik simpan duit tu wat menda lain kan? Apa apa pun, we are already happy with this one!

So, without much thinking (sebab dah berbulan2 thinking and surveying), we took it! Coz, mmg this is the best choice for us.. and the price pun reasonable to compare to the other convertible car seats that are avaible. I seriously think that it is even better than BRITAX or even MaXI CoSI... (no offense to anyone yg beli or planning to buy, its just our thots la) 

Amin wanted to get the carrier type so its mobile, baby can be put in there and bawak la kehulu hilir and it can be as a infant car seat gak! But you see, if we get that, the carrier cost around RM850 and to be an infant car seat you got to BUY the base which cost the same RM 850 around there- additional...! Infant carrier boleh guna dlm umur 12 months or a certain Kgs. Most of the time, boleh je la sampai 8 months if you have a big baby.... then later u got to buy another car seat RM 1,200 for 12months and up to 4 years old.. :) Not worth it kan to have byk2 barang and nak kena beli berkali kali.. and you eventualy spend more money...rite? Since mmg agak budget tapi dlm nak beli yg paling elok and safest for baby... and not spending more than we shud, so the answer was CONCORD ULTIMAX! You can read all about it here

 

The shop also sells the Medela Swing Breastpump that I was looking for.. Normal price is RM768. And I also mintak TJ's help to find me one in Melb. She can found only one shop in Melb (aiyo tak laku ke Medela Swing di sana? hehe) and then the price that she got was RM600! Jeng Jeng Jeng... I was excited and tunggu time nak ckp ngan TJ to just buy. I asked mom and she said to spend so much on the breastpump as I might use it for a while and give up. But, I SERIOUSLY want to breastfeed my lil one. Coz its the best for the baby, immunity dia, brains development and suma will be better that other baby who takes formula milk. And not forgeting the BOND that the baby and I will have.

 

Since Ive put my mind into it, and I tot, whatever... I will get this good pump and try my best to breast feed this baby... so, not only me, Amin and the rest of the family will have the chance to feed him as well.. its also portable and I can bring to office when i start working. SO I seriously hope that it'll be smooth sailing for me to experience and giving the best for the baby... and thats why WE BOUGHT IT!

 

Since, dah beli the car seat, I am now a member, we got 10% off for the breastpump, RM690 jer.. so ok la tu.. in between ngan harga kat Melb. But apa apa pun, thanks to TJ and Auntie Anin for your help pegi cari ok? and for everything else uve done to help us..! :)

Me paid and we off to Planet Enfante to cari for the other stuff... Sadly the bottles that yg BPA free takde, so I will look out for that someplace else.. even in Mothercare pun takde... aiiseey! geram gak la... in Mothercare nursing bra dia agak mahal gak la and its quite small for me.. so, I will have to go cari for it someplace else.. Adoi, tgk la Insyallah, we'll go to Babyjaya again to get the rest of the things pulak nanti... its cheaper there...

 

It was all rainy yesterday and we straight went to Putrajaya to my auntie's. Its was good to see them all there. Plus the kids, Khalis, Cik Da and Cik Ya! eheh.. Lisa was there as well, kurus dah anak sedara i tu! :P

 

I bought them Cheeze Choc from Secret Recipe and they all loved it! Ah goodie! Kak Nany's mee bandung was the bomb.. alot of  tauhu and ayam in there... yummy.. lepaked and just spending time with them.. ask la my auntie pasal menda nak beranak ni suma kan...

 

Oh, Mom and auntie Lina, will jahit the bengkung for me and baby... :) nice! coz kat luar tu ada jual, cuma kecik jer... so tak best.. nak yg custom made!

 

We took out the car seat to let Cik Da and Khalis try on it... they both love it! hehe.. so hopefully my lil boy will too! Its just nice coz Cik Da is 3years old and Khalis is 4... 4 years old is the maximum age for the seat.. but still looks ok... cuma tak baper nak pasang btul lagi.. berbaloi la rasanya! Alhamdulillah.

 

Mmg saya suka nyimpang... anyways thanks alot to my Mak ngah and family for having us and masak dinner...

 

Terus ke citibank to settle all my outstanding.. hehe.. its all cleared now! Woo hoo!! Alhamdulillah. Hope that everything go smoothly...

 

As we sampai the house, kita pun try la the car seat in his car... sbb kalau tak muat or takleh, we can send it back to them, at least a day after la.. sbb semalam was hujan and all kan? We tried the rear facing and also front facing for both seat passenger and sear belakang.. its all look ok but agak sempit skit la since we have a small car. Yg pasti, baby has to be in front.. coz, in safer and lagi kuat when he's infront.. pastu I can be at the back to jaga him.. if he's at the back, both of us pun takleh nak tgk dia... mana la tau kan.. kena perati la.. dun worry, coz, we have no air bags so its SAFE to put the baby in front.. Pastu, kalau dah ada seat cam tu.. sah2 la boleh 3 org jer in our car... dah tak muat dah lagi... hehe.. kitaorg pun imagine kalau balik Kampung Amin kat Segamat tu.. like we always do during Raya time... pun, selesa for all of us.. cuma nak letak stroller tak dpt la...  or barang2 besar ke kan... adoi, best btul berangan! hehe..

Sunday & AJL

On Saturday, I called to make reservation @ our fave Jap resto and to haf lunch on Sunday.

Gosh, I totally forgot bout it. I woke up on Sunday... lazy as any other day.. and on TV. Amin who just came in to the room ard 6am, masih la tido di dlm bilik. Sharp la at 12pm, when I got into the room to amik lappie and start online.. he asked:-

"Tak nak gi makan ker?"

"Huh? Mesti la.."

"Kata nak gi Japanese"

Aiyoo...!! Saya telah completely lupa bout our lunch date erk.. lunch jer la.. date tak sgt... I seriously nak makan Japanese skang nih... Sukiyaki Yum yum.. Tempura and Tepannn!!! Ahh!!

He, who takes min of 45min in the bilik air, dah abiskan masa kat situ jer... knowing that we need to rush.. sbb the buffet closes at 2pm... yeah, i kid u not..! Being the wife yg tak pokpek ( I do, but ONLY when it bugs the hell out of me)... I just let him be la.. then I mandi as soon as I can, got off the shower.. 10mins jer.. tu siap basuh rambut tu... ish ish ish....

So, there, 1pm already!

I cant remember the route to bangi that well.. and when Im not sure, I will not go pandai2 tell ppl to belasah use my instinct... So, I came out and asked him if we shud continue.. he said, kejap jer sampai... so, takper la.. Gerak jer..

At around 130pm, we were still in Puchong... hmm takut tak takut mamat tu akan sentap ker apa... I suggested that its better that we just pegi next week... sbb lagi baper minit jer la kan, and Im gonna spend RM60++ seorang and tak puas apa.. and JAUHH giler!! so takyah....

I called up Amin, my couz, and told him tat kitaorg akan dtg his fam nya kedai makan and haf our lunch there... hehe.. it was pretty good, only thing is that makanan dah nak abis kan...

After that, headed to my uncle's place in shah alam.. dah lama giler tak gi sana.. Danial was so happy to see us.. blum sempat park, dah nampak gate and he siap greet us from our car... hehe.. that lil boy is so cute and i love that he's always smilling!

lepaked there mmg best.. my uncle and auntie layan jer kitaorg.. auntie not as usual, rajin jer.. she wat sardine and roti tepung tu goreng.. YUMMY! when the gals ate, i join sekali... walhal baru jer balik makan kan? hehe...! mula2 malu, lama2 grab jer! hehe...

Then, borak2 lagi with my cousins.. we decided to pegi Jom Santai to makan kat Oin & Apiz's new Western and Pasta shop...! support cousin maaahh.. hehe.. Had a great time..!

AJL, dah sampai umah, ngok nyer apt + ASTROk, takleh pasang TV3... so amin bukak jer la lappie and tgk kat situ...! hhhehe.. Just in time nak tgk sapa menang...hehe.. so ok la tu...

Im happy that Meet Uncle Hussein with their Lagu Untukmu won! hehehe.. Im so happy that Faizal T tak menang... MUahahah... poyo ok, so acting biler terkejut dia kalah.. euww! hehe.. si, I like.. dah menang 3 tu pun, cam.. hmmm Stacy patut menang the persembahan terbaik.. coz giler terel minah tu kan stamina mana simpan... nyanyi and nari at the same time...

Faizal T, nyanyi apa pun tak dgr and paham... ceshh.. poyo ok... perasaan hensem and hot and fam... esp it all started when he bukak baju tu... haha.. wat u think those gals want to see u kurus kering body issit? Yuck! Pastu nyesal la, wat la.. ntah apa apa... dia nak mana datang eh? Won any contest ke dulu... eee.. mana dtg mamat tu?

Ai.. biarlah kita berhibur ngan Meet Uncle Hussien punya show... One of my fave songs from their collection tau! suka pun coz, its me and Atty's Paris Song.. hehe.. kitaorg siap layan berkali2 dlm bus ke Paris from Frankfurt.. haha.. sekali mp3 player abis batt! haha..

Lunch with Jessie and Auntie Anin

The only time I got to see Jechie since she came back from Melb, was masa at my mom's place. But sadly masa tu both kena asthma attack. hehe. so we cudnt larat nak ckp panjang pun.. hehe

Meet up againt today, kat OU Italiannies... hehe.. and me got my Calamari CS! Woo hoo! me likeyy!

I chose to go to OU coz, it used to kasi lagi bagus nya servise and food. a bit dissapointed la this time sbb lembap alahai.. dah la nak redah JAM OU tu kan.. mak aihh... dimanakah kesabaran?
But, having both of them, hmm.. hilang la rasa suma tu... I had a lot of fun!! ehehe..

Our lil baby got load of pressies...! heheh.. best nya...!
- 5pcs colourful ankle socks from MOTHERCARE... (one that says I love my mommy! hehe.. and lots more)
- 1 set of MOTHERCARE bodysuits with cars (brrmmm) designs... hehe.. (yeah Jech.. instinct kuat!)
- colourful firefly utk letak kat pram or baby cot...! heheh so cute.. I like that one too..! siap ada cermin ok? hehehe

Pregnancy Book

Today, I ajak Amin pegi cari Pregnancy book kat Borders.. and dia bersetuju? wahh saya terkejut... mungkin mahu memujuk? hmmm mungkin!

cari punya la cari, tapi satu pun tak jumpa yg best... and then move it move it ker MPH and still ... nada! cesss... c'mon...! I cant even jumpa a magazine pasal pregnancy... I got one la.. but it was RM 24! Hmm takyah! Baik gi makan! hehe..

So, I sedar one thing... pasal makan is that, I dah start suka something... that is Caesar's Salad and COKE! hhehe.. Tonite I had CS kat O'Briens... sgt tak sedap.. unlike the one I had yesterday at DOME... but too bad that place punya service sgt la teruk... Next one, yg mmg tau best giler is Calamari CS!!! I love love love! Coffee Bean pun used to have nice CS but too bad, Amin hate it there... and I dun think Coffee Bean sebest dulu pun... hmmm...

hmmm so I guess, I harapkan online jer la kan and read all i can in here... But if you haf a suggestion on a good pregnancy book, do let me know ok? Im agreeing with Amee, yang buku "what to expect when you are expecting" tu mmg tak best.. and Its number 1 best? hmm... wat can i say...

My next appointment with my gynea will be on Saturday... and this time we'll get to see the sex of the baby.... hmm... girl or boy? heheh.. oh yeah, tak main secret2.. its our 1st baby and u think we haf the kesabaran? hahah.. boy or girl, it doesnt matter... coz we're gonna love the baby just the same... and the baby will be strong, independent, beradab and of coz kepandaian... walau girl or boy... :D

and sempena dpt baby nih... I so want to add this to my collection... (Jess, pls ok... you dah beli byk sgt for us.. heheh..)

Sri Damansara

I've not visited my parents @ their place since Raya. yeah yeah.. shut up.. I know.. I shud but I was so tied up with things.. but we do see each other at Santai once and a few times at my grandma's.

Until last weekend, rasa tersangat la rindu kepada mereka... and I miss my old place.. :(

I called my mom in the morning, and told her that I will be coming to visit her in the evening.. at 5pm, my bro called and ajak datang dah...

But biasa lah... I will always haf my nap lately nih.. hehe.. and pukul 8pm, baru la sampai umah dorang..

I had fun lepak with parents..

my mom masak nasi lemak...!! sambal udang my fave!! and she sempat gorengkan ayam for me...! nuthing can beat my mom's cooking! she's the best! :) She also buatkan longan and mango! woo hoo!! It has been ages.. I takde selera nak makan apa apa... mmg malam tadi pembuka selera... nyum nyum... :)
Bro Jo waited for us to makan sama2... last2 dia tido jer... tak bangun...

Played with the kittie... Heidi and Totti (Originally Totu).. they were so cute and manja...

A great nite with my parents... :) Terlepas rindu... and I am just so lucky to have them as my parents...

Long weekend

Firstly, me wishing Amal a HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! :) She's 13 now and celebrating in Kuching! Hope she's having a good time!

Anyways...

How was your weekend? I spent the whole time.. ok, most of the time... zzzzzZzZzzz-ing... no kidding.. the ubat I think yg wat ngantuk kot?

As usual, on Saturday, we had nasi lemak. This time Amin yg kuar beli coz, firstly me tak larat and secondly I nak makan pakai tangan. Well Amin doesnt like me to makan pakai tangan in public area. I used to tho, but got over it dah. hehe. Well, certain places la. Wah mmg sedap..! Sambal petai lagi... and I used to hate (ok hate is a big word cuma org bagus2 jer boleh pakai) I used to not eat telur kuning... well, I still takleh sgt la.. tapi kali nih... suka pulak... ! hehe ngan nasi lemak jer pls..!

Malam ke Nandos OU pula.. and gosh again tak larat... I just want to balik and sleep. Haha.. if not, inilah peluang nak jalan kan... so skang Amin takde hal la.. sebut jer nak gi mana, coz he knows I mmg takkan nak merewang lagi.. hehe..

I haf something to show to you. I made an invitation card for Imran's birthday party this Saturday.. but I cant show you yet coz some of you yg di invite blum dpt card lagi.. eheh well, takde sapa yg dah dpt la kan sebenarnya.. heheh... Oh that reminds me, I got to call the photog! Aiyah..! I'll YM! him esok la nanti kan.. I'm so looking forward for the party, 1stly sbb bbq! I loike and also, I get to meet my closefrens yg sgt lama tak jumpa and dpt la nak beraya. So yeay!

Also, Ive been surfing thru JustJared.com and checking out all the gossips that Ive been missing all these while. and celeb's babies.. Icant get over Shiloh oh she's so cute... Suri is too tapi dia tu sgt la notty and bossy looking kan? hehe.. Oh yeah, Violet Affleck... halahh comel...! Always smiling kan that lil girl..!

Tgk Malam Sehati Berdansa...? Hmh... apo nak dikato? Fahrin? That Linda Onn? Urghh! Adoi, tak larat nak tambah la dosa ke apa fr them.. hehe.. but, ASTRO needs a REAL Floor manager for that show and AF.. coz the one that they have now is so GP... ok so giler glamour... mana ada FM masuk screen? aiishh! get rid of him and ohhh the producer too! heheh Alamak, terkutuk2 la.. hehe.. complain2... takperla... tak selalu kan..

Ok, Amin dah tanya biler nak tido... so, ok theres my q... good nite ppl...

Happy 56th, Abah!

Last 26th September, we celebrated my dad's 56th birthday.

We had Chinese this time @ Spring Garden, KLCC. Luckily, we all made reservation coz the place was packed and some had to wait for more than half an hour to get seated..

All I can say the food was fab! Seriously... the buttered prawns was lovely!

We all bought him a pair of shoes... well, my bro Johan was in charge of that.. hehe.. I didn't know what to get for him... as simple as he is, susah gak to cari baju for him...

I will always get him baju2 stripes, thats is our fave pattern... but eventualy, now its has changed to plain t-shirt.. with no brand yg terpampang besar, one colour jer... hmmm ok.. tak best la nak beli tu for his bday...

Last2... I asked for my mom's suggestion... she pulak tanya apa budget I... and when I answered... she suggested something better...

"Hm... share jer present with we all"

hahaha... sgt bagus... walaupun dia dpt satu jer pressie... tapi pressie yg worth much more kan... :) All I had to do was to buy him a card before the dinner...

dapat jer pressent, terus dia bukak.. ehehe... Johan came a lil bit late... jam and he was from home... awal2 bukak pun malu2.. hehe.. bawah meja dia bukak... dgn penuh teliti pulak tu... hehe..

It was a great dinner... :)

Sadly, I was having flu... very weak... ish! Dah la dah sampai kat KLCC, cesh... kalau tak mmg dah rounding habis kat situ... :) Next time la...

Yesterday

Finally, we cleaned up the house... it was a mess, blame it on the kitties...! hehe...

And we even mandikan all four of them + Chase... skang suma dah wangi.. eheheh.. biasa la, cam pegi swim kan... basah, keringkan diri... makan and then terus... zzzzzzzZZZzz... yeap, all of them... :)

and later we all went to Bluewave and buka puasa with my family and Auntie Anin & Uncle Lili... Best la, since kat the chinese resto tu, was just us.. kat bawah, ramai giler org having buffet... talked2... mostly about Maine Coon and just alot la.. heheh..

and lagi best... me got pressies from Jechie-o... hehe.. nice... Thank you makcik... i love all of them... heheh... and the card gak... Insyallah, we all akan pergi sana.. seklai ngan my parents la.. coz, they've been around he world, tapi Australia tak pernah... boleh? Ish ish ihs...

Ada lagi sebenarnya, like Amin's T and Cadburry Chocs... tp tak letak la dlm nih... :) Me likey all!
