Weaning soon!

Yes, sooner than expected.

Hehe. I dah excited dah sebenarnya.

We wanted to wean him at 6 months. But, guess he's ready for it. So so ready :) Always berlecap2 mulut dia masa we all makan. Grab apa saja and berlecap2 lagi mulut biler dekat ngan makanan. Semuanya nak masuk mulut.

We talked to his paed yesterday and she said at 5 1/2 months, dah boleh dah kasi puree dulu. Then later boleh la intro to bubur :)

BTW, he had his last triple jab yesterday and he did not cry, AT ALL! We were like woaah! Strong baby mommy! Good job! He just went terkejut jap biler needle tu masuk, but he didnt cry. Alhamdulillah. He's alrite. Happy btul.

And today, kami anak beranak pegi ke Mid Valley untuk mencari kelengkapan sebagai persediaan membuat makanan Rayyan. I only believe in organic food, so I will cook je for him.

Satu Gardens and Mid Valley kitaorg pusing to get a good and value for the money la barang2 yg nak beli nih. And also, menepati citarasa dan lifestyle kitaorg lah.

Hand held blender by Philips. Advice dari aunty sedara Amin, Rina. Amin pun dah suggested this earlier pun. So, yeah we are happy with this purchase. Walaupun masih blum pakai lagi. Hehe.

I had a wonderful day today, despite satu hari kena irritate ngan Amin. Haha. Sabar je la. :) Penat berjalan pun iya gak. Rayyan, Alhamdulillah, as always sgt baik dlm stroller, slept most of the time. Peacefully mak and ayah mencari2 barang di sana sini.

What do u think I should cook for his first SOLID food?

Diamonds

Yes, I am a big fan of diamonds!

So finally, Amin got me these diamonds to letak on my fone.. been wanting to have this dah lama dah. I dont realy like the design of the fone I am using now. Adanya sticker nih, hm nak kata lawa.. dari jauh je la.. hehe.. tangan seni ku dah makin hilang.. tangan menaip je skang.. Hehe

But it looks alright... Cuma the back jer yg ada sticker, depan lom lagi... Tak tau macam mana nak design...

Amin is gonna go get my spects yg we hantar repair for a year already.. Harga repair RM300 hokay..! Oleh kerana dia Oakley, rasanya berbaloi la since its a new frame... Beli pun was RM900 kan... Nak beli baru, hmmm lagi la tak berbudget... Ni pun dah setahun baru ada $$ lebih nak pegi amik... hehe. The old black one, mmg dah tak kuasa nak pakai lagi... alignment dah larikk.. power tahun 2005 punya.. hmm.. lansung dah seminggu tak pakai.. sakit mata tuhan jer yg tau... 2 malam dah makan pain killer - sakit mata, pening and penat gak la kot... being the one yg paling tak cukup tido, rest and time... Aishhh.. (oklah.. ni bukan blog cerita sedih atau menagih simpati atas kesempitan & malapetaka hidup hakhakhak) SO Horaaayy! Im getting my spects TODAY!

Rashes

*1st day*

Hi again!

Rayyan skang ni kena rashes di muka. We first went to SJMC emergency one nite to check, dorang ada evening paed on call. Tapi we missed it. Jumpa doc on call a&e je. He tak berani nak kasi ubat apa2 just mintak to monitor and to ask us jumpa Rayyan's Paed, Dr Sofiah, to check and kasi la ubat yg sesuai. Oleh itu, percaya la, sepanjang dr kecik duk pegi SJMC... first time it was FOC. No kidding yo! hehe. Pastu masa first time they called "Rayyan Ilhan...." dua2 cam blank and 5 saat la baru tersedar it was our turn.. hhe.. first time nama dia dipanggil kan...

No fever. Weight : 4.2 kg yessss...! mak dia dah sonok! haha..

The day after, we made another trip to SJMC to consult Rayyan's paed. She pun terkejut and kesian kat Rayyan. Adoimak. It could be alot of reasons, the shampoo (yg paling kitaorg suspect), milk (but i made sure i wipe his mouth and pipi everytime), apa yang I makan since I fully breastfeed and yada yada... So, we are monitoring everything now to see... Doc gave him ubat sabun mandi, lotion and ubat rashes. It seems that he's getting better. But rashes still there. Harap2 tak lama lagi baik la dia. It breaks our heart to see him with rashes. Dah la kulit selembut sutera. Adoi.

Hope he gets well soon! There's sign of recovering.. biarlah lambat pun takpe, janji baik terus kan? :)

Anyways, Happy 4 Weeks Rayyan Ilhan! Mommy loves you!

Sleepy boy

One sure way to make Rayyan to fall asleep, selain la dia tido ngan mak dia.. hehe.. satu lagi ialah baca Surah Al- Fatihah, Surah An-Nas, Surah Al- Falaq and Surah Al-Ikhlas.

Drpd nangis sekuat alam itu, dia akan benti dan eh eh tutup mata and try to sleep. Wah, ustaz kah anakku? Insyallah. Amin!

Now he dah tak bgn utk tukar nappy lagi, tapi will wake us up for susu... di saluti dgn dendangan tangisan dia... malam tadi, we put him in bed with us... my my... takyah bgn ok! he just bgn utk nak susu and terus la tido sampai ke pagi... wahhh... wahhh... c'mon la.. where can sleep with us..? Got to sleep in your own crib... even during the day, he wants me to sleep next to him on our bed! wahhh manja boy!

yes yes.. wat masa ni kasi chance.. hehe.. baby sgt lagi...

Update on Rayyan

Hi again guys!

Sorry for not updating and some yang dah tak sms dah suma. Gosh, mmg dah tak sempat apa dah skang nih... Well, Im not complaining tho... spending time with the lil one is the best thing ever. :) Sorry ya, I hope you all understand. :)

We are doing good here. Superb for me as everything mmg dibuatkan... :P Gosh, this is the only time for every woman yg berpantang. Dapat layanan lebih best drpd masa pregnant.

Apa cerita kan?

We got back from hospital on Sunday (31st May), was suprised to see our room. Mom has transformed the room into the nursery. Made last minute decision to exchange room. Sepatutnya I duduk in my old room. Pengorbanan ibu bapa walaupun anak dah besar panjang.

Pantang? Tak strict sgt... :P Apiz comes in the afternoon to hantar me lunch and sometimes if mom has to work late, dinner as well. Sometimes dad cook for me and sometimes Auntie Anin. Yeap, me got my sup ayam already!

Rayyan di suspect ada demam kuning, so last week, Amin and I bawak dia pergi jumpa his Paed @ SJMC. Took his blood test and he didnt cry. Yeay, strong boy Rayyan. Doc said its normal for baby to have demam kuning at his age and told us to monitor and come back in 2 days to confirm. We did, but this time lil Rayyan cried... :P I guess terkezut ke cucuk tiba2 jer pas bangun kot... hehe.. ahha excuses mothers give kan.. :P Waited giler lama for the paed, as she had emergency kot time tu. She checked him and the result shows that Rayyan is OK. Alhamdulillah. Takde menda yg perlu dirisaukan.

He's behaving well. Suka sgt di peluk and dukung. Loves when ppl borak ngan dia... :) and Of coz, milk! I dont mind doing all that for him. Hehe

He's been drinking breastmilk EXCLUSIVELY from day 1... learned to latch from day 2 sebagai pro! hehe.. and only today, Amin got the chance to feed him via bottle before he pegi kerja. I must say, it was kindda hard for me at first, coz I didnt know if I was doing it right or was he getting enough...? but Alhamdulillah... its all better now. Milk van they call me now. Rayyan takes his meals for about 2-3 hours period.

His biggest tak nak is changing his diaper... my my my... its countable la biler he can duk diam situ and let us the job.. he can nangis there forever mcm nak terkeluar anak tekak ok! I hope, it gets better from time to time.. i kindda know his pattern dah... 1st cry- susu, 2nd cry-change diaper, 3rd cry (if any)- susu lagi! and terus peluk and dukung him till he falls asleep.

Oh, last Sunday (7 June), was the day that his tali pusat tercabut.. that morning pun dah cam ski lagi nak tertanggal, we left it cabut sendiri jer la.. ard 4pm.. I was alone with him, 2nd cry- and i changed his diaper... was sOOO happy to see that the tali pusat dah cabut! Wee! Just in 8 days after born! :D

I already had my urut sessions, 3 days in a row..! Wee! Started last Tuesday nite.. the makcik that was brought from Sabak Bernam. A family tukang urut, coz my mom is so very the particular bout this. She wants a malay lady and someone that she knows and trusted. How was it? Ni bukan spa style la... sakit giloss...! hahah.. Esp the second day... but today, the last day was less painful than the earlier ones. Rayyan pun urut gak, I was worried at first, tanya makcik tu... "Sakit ker kalau baby?" and she replied "Tgk juga la, ada yang nangis" Errrr.... ok, but My Mr Rayyan did not cry and he even laughed and talked with the makcik. Good boy! The wait and drama to get this makcik was worth it la... I was even asking myself, sbb dah sakit kan, WHY AM I SUFFERING MYSELF GOIN FOR THIS URUT! But seriously, its all good biler dah abis... :) Me likey! Oh Rayyan pun mandi gak pas dah urut tu... so lagi la dia rasa selesa... :)

My cousins, the girls all came yesterday and walaupun sekejap I had fun! Having them around... Gosh, dah lama giler and I missed them loads! :D

Ramai tanya, dah start boring ker? Woohoo takkan boring, Im at home with Rayyan and boleh online... watch episodes of Full House sampai dah nak abis the whole show tu... and TAK KERJA.. hehhe.. apa yang tak best nya? Yes, im loving every moment of my pantang days! Of coz, ada jer yg ganggu keamanan rakyat tapi gi mamps la orang2 tu... aku dah tak kuasa ngan drama swasta korang.. hmm.. berdrama mama la korang sendiri kat situ sana sini..

Oh, Ive also met my gynae a few days ago... she said that everything in my womb is already back to normal. Also the jahitan is ok and so I will meet her again in 6weeks time to check, and do pap smear! Something that Ive been hmm tangguhkan to buat. Akan nak citer pasal birth controls and yada yada... oh, please remind me to get me Rubella. Since everythings doing well with me, Alhamdulillah. :D Mas tgk kat the ultrasound tu, rindu pulak to see the lil one inside there. Hehe. Kalau tak, tgk gelagat dia and video dia kan... :) Its empty now...

Tho Ive been happy for not going to work, but I MISS MY FRENS THERE! :( Gilerr lama wey! And to Sue, sorry yang.. I bz skang you... Insyallah, esok I call u ok! But yeah, I miss my table.. I miss everything la... even I miss them calling me mak buy (short for mak buyung!) Ok ppl, 1 August, I menjelma semula ok! Wat party up skit... dah lama I tak gumbira sakan2... muahaha...

Oh, that reminds me... on my birthday... Mom, Abah and Johan got me Thomas Sabo Charms! This time its Minnie Mouse, Mom & Pearl with Cloverleaf.. Mmg suprised giler.. senang dah org2 lelaki dlm family ni kan... beli charms jer la skang... takyah kerah otak nak beli present kan? ehehe... we did the usual family thing, to wish the birthday gal/guy pada tepat jam 12 pagi! Wah this time I got to celebrate with the newest edition to the family, and it was also his one week birthday!

Okla, im off to bed now... schleeepyy!
